You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Shopter.ai. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Shopter.ai is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of luxury goods. When you list an item, you confirm that:
Shopter.ai charges a commission on completed sales, as shown at the time of listing. Payment processing is handled securely; Shopter.ai does not store your full payment card details.
Buyers may submit offers below a listing's asking price. Sellers may accept or decline offers at their discretion. Submitting an offer does not guarantee a sale.
ShopScan™ uses AI to identify items from photos. Identification and pricing information are provided for guidance and may not always be fully accurate.
Style Twin™ generates AI images of you wearing selected items, based on a photo you provide. These are AI-generated visualizations, not guaranteed representations of fit or appearance in person.
Receipt verification uses AI to check uploaded receipts for consistency. This is a good-faith check, not a guarantee of authenticity — items verified this way carry a distinct "Verified by Receipt" status, separate from purchases made directly through Shopter.ai, which we can verify directly.
You may not list counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items. You may not use Shopter.ai to harass other users, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to circumvent platform fees.
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant Shopter.ai a license to display and process that content as needed to operate the platform (including sending images to AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy).
Shopter.ai™, ShopScan™, and Style Twin™ are trademarks of Shopter.ai. The platform's design, code, and branding are owned by Shopter.ai and may not be copied without permission.
Shopter.ai is provided "as is." We do our best to verify listings and users, but we cannot guarantee the authenticity, condition, or legality of every item, or the accuracy of every AI-generated result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopter.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between buyers and sellers.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent listings, counterfeit sales, or abusive behavior.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Shopter.ai after changes means you accept the updated terms.
