Shopter.ai Influencer Programme Terms
1. Commission is earned on confirmed sales only โ cancelled or refunded orders are excluded.
2. Commissions are paid monthly via Stripe Connect on the 1st of each month for the previous month's confirmed sales.
3. You must disclose your affiliate relationship in all content in accordance with FTC/ASA guidelines (#ad, #sponsored or equivalent).
4. You may not bid on Shopter.ai branded keywords in paid search campaigns.
5. Shopter.ai reserves the right to terminate the programme agreement with 30 days notice.
6. Your commission tier is reviewed quarterly based on performance.
7. Elite tier (10%) is by invitation only and subject to minimum GMV thresholds.
8. All content must comply with Shopter.ai community guidelines โ no misleading claims about items or prices.
